Shipping policy

1: All orders are subject to processing time that separates and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been piked up from our fulfilment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays,  Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

2: After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up 3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

3: In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

5: The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us, you receive an email regarding your store credit.

6: To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations street numbers, building or apartment numbers, route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We will ship to PO Boxes via UPS. However, expedited shipping to APO's, and US Territories may experience delays. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

7: For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes (BEA FASHION SHOP) to import the goods on his behalf. Further the consignee/buyer agrees (BEA FASHION SHOP) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor ( e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

8: If your package lost or missing, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. (BEA FASHION SHOP) does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as "Delivered" by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.
